I am a recently retired, Ontario Certified Teacher with 26 years of elementary teaching experience in the York Region District School Board. I am a proud parent of a 10-year-old, a resident of York Region for over 40 years and have called Aurora home for almost 15 years.

I am a fierce advocate for public education and I see my role as Trustee as an extension of this.

I believe a student and community centered approach is critical in board decision making. I will bring approachable, transparent communication and clear accountability to the community.
